Please ensure that your design is a seamless file. WBT is not responsible for NON seamless files (You must own the rights to the file you upload - We do not accept any designs that is a copyright infringement)

Accepted File Formats : JPEG or PNG
Image Resolution : Min Required - 150 dpi. WBT recommends image resolution to be 300 dpi.
RGB VS CMYK : There may be a slight color difference depending on if your file is RGB/CMYK. For best color results, we suggest sRGB/RGB.
Design Scale : Please keep in mind, if you choose to scale your own design WBT is not responsible for scaling that is too large or too small.
We do not accept any copyright designs
WBT has the right to re-scale any in-house design.
- X- Small Scale (suggested for bows & headbands)
- Small Scale (suggested for newborns, kindle cases, undergarments & cloth diapers)
- Medium Scale (suggested for children/toddler clothes)
- Large Scale (suggested for older children/adult)
- X- Large Scale (suggested for adult)
- Artist Scale (this varies with each artist/design - the scale will never change)
These are just suggestions - you can choose any scale that fits the vision for your project!
Please keep in mind design scaling can vary by artist. Every design is a little bit different and sometimes we need to scale down or scale up due to how detailed the design. Elements may be lost or not as clear when scaling small scale (especially on bullet/liverpool)
Pigment printing is a method where colored pigments are applied to the surface of fabric using a binder to hold the pigment in place. It’s one of the most widely used printing methods for natural fibers like cotton.
To improve ink saturation, adhesion, and print longevity, White Birch has their fabric sent to a facility in the USA that applies a water-based pretreatment on to the fabric before printing. This helps the pigment ink bond more effectively, resulting in brighter colors and better durability after washing.
WB pigment ink is OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified & Eco friendly
Dye sublimation is a printing method that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials like polyester fabric or poly-coated surfaces (e.g., mugs, metal, ceramics). The process starts by printing the design onto a special transfer paper. The printed paper is then placed onto the fabric or substrate and cured through a calendar press using high heat. This process creates vibrant, long-lasting prints that become part of the material itself, rather than sitting on top of it.
- Fabric may vary from roll to roll & may range from white to optic white.
- Yardage will always print continuous. However in some cases there may be flaws, end of roll, the mills testing holes, etc. that could result in non-continuous yardage. We will review each situation case by case to see if additional yardage is needed.
- Our designs are typically very detailed. The smaller the design scale or the more texture the fabric has, could result in finer details or textures not showing.
- We do our best to make sure that colors are printed correctly during the printing process - in some cases colors may differ from the design slightly. Keep in mind - each fabric base may print more vibrant or less vibrant. This is due to dye lot changes and different printing processes for polyester & cotton.
Please notes - darker colors WILL have some hand feel/texture when printed on cotton bases. This is VERY common in pigment printing.
Please double check that your designs are seamless. WBT will NOT be responsible for any designs that are uploaded as non-seamless. We do our best to check all designs for errors but a non-seamless pattern can be easily missed.

When you choose your own scaling - WBT will not be held responsible for in-accurate scaling. If you need assistance with scaling please email us : hello@wbtextiles.com
Any flawed/damaged fabric must be larger than 1 inch and more than 6 inches from the selvage. Small flaws in fabric will happen occasionally due to the nature of custom fabric printing. If there are any quality issues please email us with your order number & a photo showing the flawed fabric within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will then send you a return label to return flawed fabric.
At this time we do not recommend ordering printed solids on either cotton OR polyester bases. If you wish to still order a printed solid - there is no guarantee it will print exactly like the color shown & there may be imperfections.
Please make sure to wash fabric in cool water on a delicate cycle with a phosphate free detergent. Tumble dry on low & remove immediately once fabric has dried.
Finished items are recommended to be turned inside out during wash & dry cycle
WBT is NOT responsible for any issues caused by washing or drying the fabric.
**WBT does not recommend using any fabric softeners OR bleach**
DTF is a digital printing method where designs are printed directly onto a special film, coated with a powder adhesive, and then transferred onto fabric (or other materials) using heat. In the printing process, a layer of white ink is printed on top of the color layer. This white ink serves as a base, ensuring that the colors remain vibrant and opaque—even on dark or colored fabrics.
Unlike traditional methods like screen printing or Direct to Garment (DTG), DTF is more versatile—it works on a wider range of materials, including cotton, polyester, blends, and more.
- Accepted File Formats : PNG or Vector
- Minimum Design Requirement : WBT requires image resolution to be 300 dpi
- All Files MUST be sent with a transparent background!
- All files are required to be in sRGB color format for best results. RGB is also acceptable.
Fine Lines Warning - Lines that are thinner than 0.35mm (1pt) may not print consistently and could break or not transfer properly during pressing
Please be very careful with pressing dye on sublimated items - you can reactive the ink!
Wash Instructions
For best results and longevity, wash the garment inside out in cold water and dry on low heat or hang to dry.
Press Instructions
Temperature : 275 - 300 F
Pressure : Heavy
Peel : Hot Instant Peel
We suggest pre-pressing items!
1st Press
Time : 10 -15 Seconds
1. Place transfer on garment
2. Cover with parchment paper
3. Press
4. Once cooled quickly peel
2nd Press
Time : 5-7 Seconds
1. Cover with parchment paper
3. Press
After the DTF print is pressed onto the garment, it’s best to wait 24–48 hours before washing to allow the print to fully set and bond to the fabric. Turn the garment inside out to protect the print and minimize friction, helping to prevent wear or fading of the design. Wash the garment in cold water with a gentle, non-bleaching detergent on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the print. Do not use fabric softener! Tumble dry on low heat to prevent excessive heat exposure, which can damage the print.
